Wade Lowdermilk is TEVET's Chief Technology Officer and engineering leader behind LIBERTY, the company's advanced real-time test platform. With more than 35 years of experience in software-defined instrumentation, RF signal processing, and automated test systems, he has led the development of next-generation test technologies. Before joining TEVET, Wade co-founded RADX Technologies and developed the award-winning LibertyGT® family of software-defined synthetic instruments. A U.S. Army veteran, he continues to drive innovation for defense, aerospace, and commercial customers.

Anthony Esquibel

VP LIBERTY Solutions

Anthony Esquibel leads sales for TEVET's LIBERTY platform, combining deep technical expertise with decades of experience in the test and measurement industry. Before joining TEVET, Anthony spent more than 25 years with Agilent Technologies and Keysight Technologies, where he held roles including Field Engineer, Account Manager, and District Manager for Aerospace & Defense in the U.S. Southwest. He now helps defense, aerospace, and commercial organizations modernize complex test environments with confidence through software-defined test solutions.

Rich Kanemitsu

Field Applications Engineer

Rich Kanemitsu serves as a consultant supporting TEVET's LIBERTY platform, bringing decades of experience in RF and microwave engineering. During his career with Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Keysight Technologies, he specialized in advanced RF measurements, phase noise analysis, antenna testing, and wireless system evaluation. Rich is widely recognized for his contributions to phase noise measurement techniques and aerospace antenna testing, providing deep technical expertise that helps shape next-generation test and measurement solutions.

Dragan Vuletic

Product Engineering Lead

Dragan Vuletic is the Product Engineering Lead for TEVET's LIBERTY platform, where he leads the development of next-generation software-defined test and measurement technology. With more than 25 years of experience, he has designed innovative RF and communications systems spanning FPGA and DSP architectures, software-defined instrumentation, satellite communications, and advanced signal processing. His expertise in bringing complex technologies from concept through production helps drive the continued evolution of the LIBERTY platform.

Kevin Greeley

Consultant - Engineering/Aviation

Kevin Greenley serves as a consultant supporting TEVET's LIBERTY platform, bringing more than 40 years of experience in aerospace engineering, mission systems integration, and avionics development. A retired U.S. Air Force Reserve officer, Kevin has supported programs including the F-22, F-35, C-130J, F-15, and F/A-18. During his career at Lockheed Martin, he served as Principal Engineer for the C-130J Head-Up Display and Low Power Color Radar. Kevin combines deep technical expertise with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges and mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Denis Drury

RF Engineer

Denis Drury serves as a consultant supporting TEVET's LIBERTY platform, bringing decades of experience in RF, microwave, and semiconductor engineering. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development of advanced high-frequency technologies and sophisticated RF test and measurement solutions. Denis provides deep technical expertise that helps advance LIBERTY's capabilities for defense, aerospace, and other mission-critical applications.

Brandi Shelton

Sales/Operations Specialist

Brandi supports TEVET's LIBERTY platform by leading sales operations and customer service, ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and customer support. Since joining TEVET in 2018, she has managed RMAs, loaner equipment, vendor relationships, cost analysis, BOMs, CRM transactions, and order fulfillment, helping keep complex projects on track. Her well-rounded background in operations, customer service and process management helps support the LIBERTY team and LIBERTY customers.
