SOFTWARE-DEFINED TEST PLATFORM

LIBERTY

YOUR MISSION. ONE PLATFORM. NO GAPS.

Keysight ESP logo
128ns Event Detection

100% Probability of Intercept, no gaps, no missed LPI signals.

1GHz Bandwidth per Channel

Continuous 10 kHz to 40 GHz coverage across every channel simultaneously.

Sub-Picosecond Alignment

Verified phase and timing coherence across all channels for multi-emitter test.

2× to 10× Smaller Footprint

Full EW test capability in a fraction of the rack space — lab or field.

THE PLATFORM

A software-defined RF test platform built for the modern electromagnetic environment

Traditional RF test systems were built for a simpler world. One or two channels, swept analysis, hardware that couldn't adapt between programs. Today's EW systems, SATCOM payloads, and 5G/6G radios demand something different.

LIBERTY replaces stacks of fixed-function analyzers, recorders, and range backends with a single firmware-defined platform. Built on COTS Keysight PXIe and AXIe hardware, it scales from 1 to 16+ phase-coherent channels and reconfigures the same chassis for multi-channel EW record, playback, and closed-loop validation, acting as an RF data acquisition engine.
